Today I have the privilege of providing a special transfer to De Ezelshoeve in Baarle-Nassau.

What touched me was the story behind this destination. De Ezelshoeve provides a safe and loving home for donkeys that have been neglected, surrendered, or rescued.

Thanks to the dedication of volunteers and adoptive sponsors, many of these animals are given a second chance at life.

We sometimes forget how much hard work, care, and compassion goes into running sanctuaries like this. That’s why I’d like to take a moment today to highlight the wonderful work they do.

Since August 2025, I’ve successfully completed more than 250 airport and crew transfers. 🚖✈️

Last night, a captain from a support vessel contacted me after being stranded in Bruges without transport back to Zeebrugge.

Despite having several taxis nearby, they chose to call me — and I was on site within 10 minutes.

Experiences like this highlight that crew transport is about far more than simply getting from A to B. Reliability, availability, and trust are what truly make the difference in this industry.
