AI is changing the way we think about safety and Triple Eight is embracing it.

We’re adopting AI-powered in-cab cameras as another tool to support our drivers and strengthen safety across our fleet.

The technology provides real-time alerts when it detects potentially distracting behaviours and supports driver habit coaching, helping drivers recognize patterns and build safer habits over time.

But don’t just take our word for it.

Mark Heslin, who has been part of the Triple Eight team for four years, shares his experience with the technology and how the feedback has helped improve his driving habits.

For us, it’s not about monitoring, it’s about awareness, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Technology can’t replace the experience and judgment of a professional driver, but it can provide another layer of support to help them make safer decisions on the road.
