Last week we were able to meet together for a pizza lunch and employee recognition at our Armstrong location. We were able to go through announcements and updates, something we feel is important as we have now entered our busy Spring season. Special congratulations to Evan Belisle, one of our Armstrong shop apprentices, for winning employee of the quarter for the first quarter of 2026! Evan was nominated by multiple coworkers for his positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hard work. All around a great guy who is well-liked by his coworkers. Keep it up, Evan!

The sun is out and two new trucks are on the road at our Abbotsford location! Our second 2026 Peterbilt 567 (this one a standard transmission) and our first 2026 Mack Anthem have been hard at work and we couldn’t be happier with their performances so far. Give us a wave if you see us around! 😎

Hello 2026! We hope everyone had a great holiday season and was able to find time to relax a bit. Thanks to driver John Senn for sending this photo in of loading soil in Grindrod last month. This is our December photo contest winner!

The past 2 weekends we had the chance to celebrate our employees during the annual ATS Armstrong and ATS Abbotsford Christmas Parties. A few highlights:

-5-year employee recognitions for Kelly in our A/P department, Cassios our Armstrong shop service writer, John our sales and service supervisor, and Steve from our belt division. Steve was involved in a very serious wreck this summer so we were so glad he could make it and enjoy some time with his coworkers.

-15-year employee recognitions for Mark in our super B division and Pete in our pneumatic division. The Thiessen boys noted they were about 10 years old when Mark and Pete started with ATS!

-West Law from our Super B division was recognized as our employee of the year. West treats the equipment he uses with the utmost respect and care, and truly has a passion for truck driving. West was also the company's highest miler. Well done West!

-The raffle prize game was a highlight for both locations, hopefully no one is holding any grudges from stolen gifts :) Thank you to our vendors who donated great prizes this year.

-$10,000 raised for the Armstrong and Abbotsford Foodbanks in 2025 between the employees and the company. We also ensured to bring physical donations as the Christmas season is especially difficult for those less fortunate.

Thank you to the Armstrong Legion and Chilliwack Golf and Country Club for your hospitality as venues.

Wishing all our employees and their families a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May 2026 bring good health and prosperity.
