This year's driver focus is ELD accuracy, and the vehicle focus is load securement. As one of the safest fleets in North America, our drivers are well-prepared. They've checked that their trucks are in top operating order, loads are locked down, and they've planned their routes so their hours of service in compliance.

For more than 25 years, Debra has helped shape the customer experience through strong relationships, deep customer knowledge, and a lot of care. She knew the people behind the freight and made sure customers felt heard, supported, and looked after.
