🚛 **Hiring Experienced AZ Cross-Border Drivers!** 🚛

We’re looking for **experienced AZ drivers** with a **minimum of 2 years verifiable experience** for our **Cross-Border Runs ** (500-mile radius around the Great Lakes).

* **Out 4–5 days** per trip, home for resets
* Average **8,000–10,000 miles/month**
* Hauling **fresh and frozen food throughout the U.S.**

**What we offer:**

* $1,000 **transition pay** ($500 on your first 2 paychecks)
* $1,000 **bonus after 1 year** of service
* $0.07 **Seaboard premium** on East Coast loads
* **$10 per border crossing**
* **$22 per pickup/delivery** (except first from home terminal)
* Paid **orientation**
* **Waiting time**: $23/hour (after 2 hours)
* **Parking** at Blenheim, London, or Puslinch yards
* No slip seating

We’re **transparent about our operation**. We may not be perfect, but we treat our drivers fairly and value your experience.

This one is a tough one...

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the loss of one of our own. We lost not just a teammate, but a good friend.

He was one of those guys who could always make you laugh, keep things interesting with a good prank, and bring some light to even the longest days. Smart, quick-witted, he was the kind of person who made the job a little easier just by being around.

Anyone who knew him knows exactly the kind of man he was, and the mark he left on all of us. This one hits hard. The yard, the road, and our team won’t be the same without him. He leaves behind an empty space in our work family that won’t easily be filled.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Rest easy, brother. You will be missed more than words can say.

A year has passed since we lost our boss, our friend, and a cherished member of the Blenheim community, Steve Hibbert.

Steve worked hard and played even harder, balancing the demands of his business with a passion for life that inspired everyone around him. His dedication to SM Freight was unwavering, and his commitment to the success of every person he worked with was unmatched.

He was more than just a business owner; he was a true example of hard work, dedication, and integrity. His kindness and unwavering support were felt by all, whether in the office or on the road. He made sure we always felt like a team, no matter how tough the challenges were, and we worked together to overcome them. His passion for the industry, combined with his deep love for the people he worked with, made him a rare kind of leader — one who inspired all of us to strive for excellence and to take pride in the work we did.

Though Steve is no longer with us, his spirit continues to guide us, not just in the work we do at SM Freight, but in the way we live our lives. We will continue to honor his memory by embodying the values he instilled in us — integrity, community, and a love for life.
