Hi All! We ensure to keep our vehicles regularly serviced and safety inspected throughout the year. Due to the increasing demand for our services, we have a few vehicles that are now approaching the 400,000km mark! To keep our fleet up to date, and to ensure safe and reliable transport for you, we are purchasing a new wheelchair accessible vehicle. This should be with us by the end of the year. Your financial donations of support are always gratefully received, as they help us to continue in our mission to provide affordable and accessible transportation for seniors and persons with disabilities. Donations can be sent to Claresholm & District Transportation Society, Box 2076, Claresholm, AB T0L 0T0, or come see us in the office at 111 55th Ave W, located on the south side of the Claresholm Town Office building.

😀🥳 Shout Out and Thank You to Davis GM Lethbridge for getting our big passenger bus up and running again, hooray! It's been off the road for quite a few weeks now, but after some diagnosing and fixing, we are on the road again for your work trips, casino trips, school and teen trips, sports events, weddings, and more! Apologies again for the wait, and thank you for your trust and your patience. 🙏🚐

📣 A big shout out of thanks to Claresholm Thunder Alumni Association for their very generous and unexpected donation of $2500 to our Society!! We were very happy to provide a busy passenger bus service for their recent evening event, and ensured everyone got home safely! You guys rock! Thank you for helping us, and many more here in the community, to continue making Claresholm a wonderful place to call home! 🙏😃🚙🏒🚐

🚐 Claresholm Casino People! ⚠️ Huge and sad apologies, but our bus is out of action and we will NOT be able to do the November casino trip to Calgary! It is currently still with DieselTech in Lethbridge waiting to be diagnosed. So sorry for the disappointment.... :/

With a recent Grant awarded to the Claresholm & District Transportation Society through Healthy Aging Alberta, we are excited to offer a subsidized ride service for seniors in Vulcan County! Through Vulcan FCSS/Food Bank, we are working together with Angie in Dispatch, to set up a regular shuttle service. Vulcan County has been a longtime supporter and investor of our Society, and we are grateful for this opportunity to reach even more people in the communities with subsidized rides, if eligble. Vulcan Regional Food Bank Society is excited to announce a new pilot program. We will be offering shuttle service in Vulcan County from the outlying communities, to and from Vulcan. Please note that there will be no *around town* shuttle yet.

Each village will have a specific day that they are serviced by the shuttle. Please call to book 48hrs prior to your day. We hope to offer more widespread and affordable transportation options to our communities on an ongoing basis.
