Our history goes back to the 1920's when Taxi Cabs first started servicing what was then called Galt, Preston and Hespeler, Ontario, which grew to form the new City of Cambridge. Today, Golden Triangle Taxi is owned and operated by a group of independent taxi drivers. With over 90 vehicles including 5 specially outfitted accessible wheelchair vans. We continually strive to innovate with such featu

res as camera-equipped cars for increased passenger safety and mobile App dispatching for customers who want to use their smartphones to order a Taxi Cab. Golden Triangle Taxi is dedicated to the community it has grown up with. We're here to provide customers with consistent, safe, and convenient taxi cab rides. Royal Canadian Legion Preston Branch 126 Remembrance Day Ceremony
Preston Cenotaph - 615 King St E

A march at 10 a.m. will be followed by the ceremony at 10:40 a.m. Afterwards, residents are being welcomed back to the legion at 334 Westminster Dr N for tea, coffee and chili. The bar will also be open in the lounge.

Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch 121 Remembrance Day Ceremony
Queen's Square Cenotaph

Parade begins at 10 a.m. with the service starting at 10:10 a.m. and running until 11:20 a.m. A light lunch and comradeship will follow at the legion located at 4 Veterans Way.

Royal Canadian Legion Hespeler Branch 272 Remembrance Day Ceremony
Old Town Hall - 11 Tannery St. E

Ceremony begins 10:30 a.m. Attendees are asked to arrive for 10 a.m. Residents are welcome back to the legion after the service.

Time of Remembrance Reception
Cambridge Public Library Queen's Square - 1 North Square

Music will be played on the piano at 9:30 before the ceremony at the cenotaph, a moment of silence at 11 a.m. and a wartime vocals and piano concert at 11:15 a.m. Light refreshments and snacks are being served while supplies last.

Children can create a poppy bookmark in honour of the day.

Golden Triangle Taxi will be honouring current and past members of the Canadian Armed Forces on Remembrance Day by offering FREE rides to Veterans to any Cenotaph or Legion for services, within Cambridge. 🇨🇦

🎃 Join us for the Preston Pumpkin Walk! 🌟

Drop off your carved pumpkins from 10am to 6pm at Central Park, Preston, where volunteers will be arranging them throughout the day. Then, come back at night from 6:30pm to 8:30pm to enjoy a magical walk around the glowing pumpkins. Plus, enjoy some free popcorn as you stroll! 🍿 This event is for everyone, and the park is fully accessible. Don’t miss this festive fun!
