‼️HELP WANTED:

We are looking at add a FULL TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to our team.

40 hours per week with 20 hours in office (you choose what days and times) and the remaining 20 can be remote or mobile provided you have cell phone reception and can answer calls and return messages in a timely fashion .

Duties include:
-answering phones, returning calls, replying to emails
-inputting data into invoices
-typing contracts and quotes
-sourcing material and scheduling subcontractors and tradespeople as required
-tracking employees hours and submitting to payroll person
-other miscellaneous administrative duties

Compensation depends on experience and training but we are happy to offer a competitive wage for the right person.
