Organizing vehicle deliveries to ensure pick-ups consistently meet customer requirements
Following-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle and to build future sales
Arranging test drives with interested customers

Lot Attendant - Fort St. John

DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing is looking for a Lot Attendant for our Rental Department in our Fort St. John location. This is a Permanent Full Time position, $17/hour.
This position will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of vehicles as per TDF Group Inc’s policies and procedures. This includes reconditioning and disposing (depending on branch location).

Main Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Safe and courteous operation of vehicles, driving a variety of vehicles (small cars to cube vans)
Create and maintain vehicle identification tags for each unit
Perform vehicle walk arounds as required and prepare assessments on vehicle conditions in accordance with our record keeping process
Professional representation of the company at all times
Interacting with vendor and partners for vehicle reconditioning requirement
Will be periodically spending time outdoors in all weather conditions
Driving a variety of vehicles to and from locations all over Edmonton (Small cars, trucks & cube vans)
Keep track of all vehicles that are at vendors
Manage vehicle transport from vendors to branch
Maintain organization and tracking of vehicle lot, completing paperwork as required.
Build and maintain vendor relationships

Qualifications:
