CLASS 1 DRIVER & OWNER OPERATOR To support the ongoing growth of our business, we are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic, and safety-oriented Class 1 Drivers and Owner Operators. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, our Drivers/Owner Operators are responsible for safely operating truck and trailer combinations for our loads.

Job Type: Permanent
We also pay for Pick up /Drop/ Waiting time/ Empty Miles/Tarping Driver Salary: Salary:$7,000.00-$9500 per month

Owner Operator's Expected Income $ 35000 - $40000

Key Responsibilities: Ensure cargo is secured properly following safety requirements and follow safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods. Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment, and accessories such as tires, lights, and turn signals and brakes. Administer bill of lading and maintain logbooks. Communicate with the dispatcher, other drivers, and customers using communication devices Complete other paperwork as required.

Requirements: A valid driver's license. Extensive knowledge of the operating area. Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Good verbal communication. Proficiency using GPS devices

Qualifications:
Years of Experience Required: 1+ years of transportation experience considered an asset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Computer skills are essential (Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite).
Language Requirement: Hindi, Punjabi, English.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction to Professional Drivers to ensure proper load instructions are carried out.
Manage service concerns with our customers to promote a positive experience from start to finish.
Manage Driver concerns and respond accordingly.
Responsible for planning, booking, and covering loads.
Coordination of maintenance when equipment breaks down.
Promoting and supporting all safety initiatives when performing roles and responsibilities.
