Our CULTURE is, every DRIVER: • COUNTS THE KIDS AWAY, at every stop! • Does a CHILD CHECK, after every run, after every route, after every school and before leaving the bus unattended, looking in and under every seat. • Turns the CELL PHONE off while on duty and driving. • Maintains a FOLLOWING DISTANCE of 6 seconds or more, depending on conditions. • Uses ROCK & ROLL to clear blind spots when turning. • Avoids BACKING whenever possible. • Maintains a SPACE CUSHION around the bus. • Uses the HANDRAIL when entering or departing the bus. • Does not RUSH, no running, no speeding. • Follows all POLICIES & PROCEDURES to ensure every student is delivered SAFELY, the first time, every time!
