Another heavy haul underway for a repeat client out of Texas!

This client recently made a major purchase at Ritchie Bros. in Nisku, Alberta, with 22 lots in total. We're working through the lots but this load is the biggest one of them!

We're transporting a Vermeer D220X300 Directional Drill, weighing in at a hefty 74,000 lbs. It's now loaded up and heading south to Nederland, Texas.

With 22 lots to move, there's plenty more to come. We'll keep coordinating the loads and getting this iron where it needs to go.

One heavy machine down the road, with more of this project still to come!

Another day, another heavy haul for a repeat client!

Yesterday, we had a driver load up a John Deere 290G LC Excavator at Ritchie Bros. in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This unit weighs in at 66,400 lbs, and 11ft 2 wide.

This machine is now heading east to Beausejour, Manitoba, with another big piece of iron making its way across Western Canada.

We appreciate the continued trust from our repeat clients. Whether it's heavy equipment, wide loads, or specialized transport, we're here to keep things moving with the right equipment and coordination every step of the way.

From Ontario to the Bahamas — these trucks have a journey ahead of them!

Another new client, and this time we're handling a customs-bonded shipment involving a pair of Ford F-150 4x4 trucks purchased at the Ritchie Bros. in Amaranth, Ontario.

The trucks are now on their way south to Miami, Florida, where they'll catch a boat for the final leg of their journey to South Bimini, Bahamas — a small island in the beautiful Bahamian archipelago.

From the auction yard in Ontario to the docks in Florida, we're helping get these trucks one step closer to their new home in the islands.

Not every shipment ends up somewhere tropical, but sometimes they do!

Job completed a day early!

Another new client on the board, this time with a Yanmar mini-excavator picked up at Ritchie Bros.. in Nisku, Alberta, and delivered to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

The best part? We got the job completed a full day ahead of schedule. A little ahead of plan, a happy client, and another piece of equipment delivered and ready to get to work.

That's how we like to do it!

The Plow King strikes again!

Another plow truck on the move for a repeat client — and I think we're up to three plow trucks shipped for this customer now in the last three months!

Yesterday, we picked up a Chevrolet 2500HD Plow Truck at Ritchie Bros. Amaranth, Ontario, and it's now heading west to St. Andrews, Manitoba, with delivery expected tomorrow.

Before this shipment, I jokingly told him that if he bought another plow truck, I was officially going to start calling him The Plow King.

Well… he bought another one. A promise is a promise, Your Majesty. lol

Load #2 is officially loaded and rolling!

We’ve got a CAT D5K and CAT D4K dozer shipping together as one load, picked up at Ritchie Bros.. in Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, and now heading west to Prince George, British Columbia.

At 10 feet wide, it’s a wide load — nothing crazy, but wide is wide, and it still takes the right equipment, planning, and coordination to get it across the country properly.

That wraps up this two-load project load-out for a new client, with the Doosan DL220-3 Wheel Loader making the trip on the first load and these two CAT dozers following behind.

Another Quebec-to-BC run on the books, on the trailers and on the move west!

New client on the board — and we’ve got a two-load project underway!

Load #1 is a Doosan DL220-3 Wheel Loader, picked up at Ritchie Bros.. in Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, and it’s now heading west to Prince George, British Columbia.

One load is rolling, while another driver is at the auction yard right now getting the next part of the project loaded — a CAT D5K and CAT D4K dozer.

We’ll save those two for their own post once the loaded photos come in. For now, it’s one down and the second load getting underway!

Another new client, another multi-load project, and another piece of equipment making the trip across the country.

Another unique piece of equipment on the move for a new client!

This time we're transporting a custom-built 10-ft-wide gooseneck trailer, purchased at Ritchie Bros.. in Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec.

It's now headed west to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, where this purpose-built trailer will be going to work in an orchard.

From the auction yard to the orchard — another specialized piece of equipment headed to its new home and ready to get to work!

Another new client, another Ritchie Bros. auction pickup!

This time we were hired to move a Case 921C Loader — a little overweight and a little wide, but nothing we couldn't handle.

Loaded Tuesday at Ritchie Bros.., and delivered yesterday with a smooth haul from pickup to destination.

Permits, planning, the right equipment, and a good carrier make these moves look easy — even when the dimensions say otherwise.

Another happy client and another piece of equipment where it needs to be.

A Little Further Down the Road!

Sometimes the address on the paperwork isn't quite the address where the equipment actually lives. 😂

Over the weekend, a new client hired us to transport a Sterling M7500 Boom Truck from Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec to Slave Lake, Alberta.

Everything looked straightforward — until we received the release paperwork.

Turns out the truck wasn't actually in Mont Saint-Hilaire. It was in the Baie-Comeau, Quebec area… which is only about 650 km further down the road. 😉

We contacted the client, then reached out to the listed shipper to verify that the truck was indeed still there — and sure enough, it was.

Nothing disastrous, but an additional 650 km definitely changes the transportation cost. We discussed the situation and updated pricing with the client, came to an agreement, and got everything sorted out.

The Sterling M7500 is now loaded and heading west to Slave Lake, with delivery expected mid-to-late next week.

Another example of why good communication and verifying the details before dispatching a truck can save everyone a headache.
