If you’re trying to get ahold of the New NRT transit service. Call 1-833-678-5453. Option 1 then option 1 or 2. If you press Option 3 for Fort Erie, it will still come to us. Someone must have forgot to tell the Region our contract is over.

Expect to be on hold, I’ve heard 10-40mins wait times.

That’s it folks. We did our best. Been an interesting 3 years, but we’ve had enough. On to other things.

Thank you to everyone that was a part of it. It wasn’t perfect, but we moved a lot of people over those 3 years.

Remember to book your trips asap. Doesn’t appear to be anything available for Monday on the app, and nothing before 8:30am the rest of the week.
Book in advance to guarantee your spot. The new system will have a capacity.

The new transit app for rides next week appears to be working now.

Just a reminder, this is the last week transit will be operated by Regional Limousine. Starting next Monday, Voyago will be the new service provider for the service.

Make sure you download the new app to book and the separate app to pay.

We do not control how many vehicles are on the road. We have asked for more, and more support, but nothing. You have an issue with the system talk to the Niagara Transit commission.

You rude and nasty messages to me don’t help your cause in anyway as we can’t change anything.

We can’t take on extra demand and not increase the number of vehicles. Something has to give and it causes you the rider to be late.

So stop swearing and yelling at us. We are doing 8000 riders a month with equipment to move 6000. Talk to the Niagara Transit Commission.
