Introduce yourself and your position?

Hello, my name is Reilly Brunton. I am a proud father of my 3-year-old boy, and I am currently working in the Executive Director role here at DTI, where I assist in developing the corporate culture and identifying growth and development opportunities. I come from a background in psychology, business management, process re-engineering, and technological integration.

What led you to DTI and your interest in logistics and shipping?

Coming from a management position at Amazon, what lead me to DTI was the opportunity to be a part of the logistics space within a smaller, more friendly environment that was looking for team members to help shape its future. DTI offers great opportunity in being a part of a company that not only cares about its team, but also has a mission to make change for good within, and outside of the transportation industry.

What is the main thing you value in a workplace?

The main thing I value in a workspace is autonomy and trust among team members. We here at DTI try to hire and develop the best team members we can. Part of that is being able to fully rely on them for their responsibilities and trusting that they have DTI’s best interest in mind.

Favourite place to travel?

My favourite place to travel are the places I have not yet been to but will visit in the future. I thrive on new experience and adventure, so going to the same place multiple times has little interest to me.
