Congratulations to YLW Assistant Chief Pilot John Goedhart, who is celebrating 20 years at Carson Air!

John has shown his immense dedication from starting as a flight intructor with the company, to flying the Metros & King Airs, and subsequently moving up through the training department as a base manager.

Nearly all of our pilots have had the priviledge of getting to know John through ground schools, training flights, and check rides. His optimistic attitude promotes a positive work environment, and we are grateful to have him around for support when we need it!

It's been a challenging few days for members of our community across Summerland and the surrounding areas.

Our thoughts are with everyone who is currently impacted by wildfires across the Okanagan and throughout the province. We take great pride in providing access to critical care for British Columbians, and it is heartbreaking to see our beautiful province burning.

We deeply appreciate the efforts of our employees who continue to work diligently in these conditions, as well as community members supporting those affected: Firefirghters, healthcare workers, first responders - Thank you!

Congratulations to Bryan Ebel, YYC Maintenance Production Manager, on reaching an incredible 15 years of service with Carson Air.

Bryan’s journey with Carson Air reflects his dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting safe and reliable aircraft maintenance operations. As Production Manager in Calgary, he plays a key role in leading the YYC maintenance team, ensuring our aircraft continue to meet the highest standards of safety and service.

To mark this milestone, Bryan was presented with his 15+ year service award by Alan Wintle, alongside members of the maintenance team.
