Are you an experienced dispatcher in ground transportation looking for your next opportunity?

At Northland Transport, we are a private carrier specializing in hauling flowers and refrigerated LTL transport, both for outbound shipments and within Ontario.
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.

📍 Location: Lincoln, Ontario
🕒 Full-time position

Responsibilities:
Coordinate efficient routing for national and cross-border (Canada–USA) shipments
Arrange backhauls
Assist with freight brokerage
Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries
Manage unexpected issues and make real-time decisions under pressure
Communicate with clients and internal departments
Ensure compliance with customs and border regulations (CBSA, CFIA, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dispatcher experience in a transportation or logistics company
Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics and transportation regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience using dispatch or TMS (Transportation Management System) software

We are currently seeking dedicated AZ Team Drivers with re**er experience to deliver flowers to Texas. This full-time position offers steady miles, excellent pay, and a range of benefits.
Position Overview:
As a Team Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries across various locations. With a dedicated truck and over 3,500 miles weekly, this is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent and rewarding compensation.

Job Details:
• Pay Structure:
• Team Rate: 80 cents per mile (split)
• Single Rate: 60 cents per mile
• $10 per stop (split for team)
• $25 per warehouse stop (split for team)
• Additional Benefits:
• After-hours privileges for many drops
Requirements:
• Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Clean driver abstract
• Minimum of 2 plus years of long-distance driving experience
• Reliable, courteous, and customer-oriented
