Stingray Express, a Canada/US trucking company based in Indus, AB is looking for a Full-Time person to join our Dispatch team.
Duties would include:
Working closely with Dispatch to provide drivers with load information and updating customers as needed.
Answer inbound calls relating to linehaul delays, driver check ins, etc.
Provide vacation and sick coverage for senior dispatcher duties.
Excellent customer service abilities with a desire to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with Drivers and Customers.
Knowledge of CDN & US Hours of Services rules an asset.
Canada and US Permits.
Preparing border crossing documents for US & Canadian shipments.
Updating dispatch software and invoicing as required.
Assist other team members as needed.
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Computer skills, Quickbooks, and general office experience required.
Previous experience in the transportation industry required.
