We want our community to know what goes into operating a legally licensed taxi service in Parry Sound.

Chi-Mukwa’s Taxi drivers undergo thorough background checks and screening before being licensed by Bylaw. Our vehicles are mechanically safetied (every 6 months)and inspected by Bylaw prior to being approved for service.

These processes are in place for passenger safety. We believe everyone offering transportation should be held to the same standards.

P.S. There are people currently driving personal vehicles, posing as Chi-Mukwa’s Taxi. These vehicles do not have radio’s, top signs, current stickers issued by the town or legally registered drivers. They are NOT affiliated with us in any way.
Please inform us immediately if you are approached by these people. OPP have been informed about this issue.
