Tomorrow September 6 ,is the Grand Fondo .

The eastern section of our community, Highlands and Valleycliff ,will be held hostage by thousands of cyclists coming from Vancouver and going to Whistler.

While we will do the best we can to reach those sections of town,
Unfortunately because of access problems , the wait times may be long.

Please have patience and understanding .

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit the Squamish Canyon.

Greeted by smiling friendly staff , I then walked the 1.7 kilometer boardwalk through calming, serene rainforest , and along the canyon on the Mamquam River.

The boardwalk, obviously built with safety and the environment in mind , is easily accessible to everyone .

The outdoor café , a great place to just sit and enjoy this unique experience.

Need a ride out there ? We'll be happy to pick you up
