This is the last call for painting seminars at Sword & Brush.

We are so excited to have the opportunity to bring Fernando Ruiz and Jaume Ortiz over to help you improve your painting at all skill levels, in 6 different seminars over the course of the weekend! Learn how to paint flesh, camouflage, armour, leather, and other details in ways you've never seen before, or that you thought were too far out of your comfort zone. Normally these classes run a full weekend, but this is a great chance to get in for a shorter time, and take away a key learning point!

Due to the fact that there are a huge amount of logistics involved in bringing over world class painters from Spain, we need to see registration numbers lift, or regretfully, we will have to cancel the seminars.

We have a few more spots available for our Seminar with Jaume Ortiz on April 13-14 at Lords of War.

Jaume Ortiz is a Spanish figure painter well known for his World War II subjects and as a box art painter for Alpine Miniatures and Fer Miniatures. In this seminar you will learn his techniques for face painting, camouflage, uniforms, and more!

Registration is still open, and the weekend costs $350. The seminar includes a yet to be released resin 1/35 scale German WWII figure. Full details available in the near future.

This hands-on workshop will cover Jaume’s techniques for painting 1/35 scale camouflage, faces, and uniform textures using Vallejo acrylics. You will receive a primed and assembled 1/35 scale German World War II figure with your reservation (exact figure TBD).
