🐮 MEET PEANUT! 🥜
✨ A unique cross with plenty of potential!

📍 Highland × Speckle Park Steer
📅 Born: March 2026

Introducing Peanut! This handsome young steer is weaned and ready to find his forever home! ❤️

Despite only spending one week in the barn, Peanut has already shown himself to be a fairly friendly fellow, with a promising start to his handling and training. With continued time, patience, and consistency, he has the potential to become a wonderful addition to a hobby farm, small acreage, or cattle program.

🎨 One of a Kind!
Peanut boasts a particularly unique colour that we have been working hard to develop within our breeding program. His distinctive appearance makes him a standout, and we’re excited to see how he matures!

📏 Estimated Mature Weight: 1,200–1,300 lbs

Sire: Approximately 1,500 lbs
Dam: Approximately 1,250 lbs

🐮 A Steer with Potential!
Whether you’re looking for a unique addition to your herd or a young steer to continue working with, Peanut is ready for his next adventure!

🚛 Transport can be arranged.
👀 Available for viewing.

💲 Pricing will vary depending on the level of handling and training requested. Whether you’re looking for a pasture-raised steer or would prefer additional handling and groundwork before he leaves, we can discuss options to suit your needs.

📩 Message us for pricing, additional information, or to arrange a viewing!

Give Peanut the opportunity to grow into something special! 🥜🐮

It’s a bittersweet day here at KTK. 🩷

Today, we said goodbye to two very special boys, KTK Charlie and Redbull, as we dropped them off at their new forever home on Salt Spring Island.

While it’s never easy watching our babies leave, we truly couldn’t be happier with the match between these boys and their new owners. Knowing they are going to be so loved, spoiled, and cared for makes saying goodbye just a little bit easier. 🥹❤️

We’re so proud to see the first of our babies head off to their new home this year. Charlie and Redbull will definitely be missed around here — they’ve been a huge part of our days, and it’s always a little quieter when they leave. But there’s also something so special about watching the animals we’ve raised find their people and bring so much happiness to their new families.

This is what we love about what we do. We’ll continue bringing in babies, giving them lots of love and attention, halter breaking them, getting them ready for their new adventures, and helping them find the perfect forever homes. 🐮🩷

Congratulations to Emily & Leo Reeves! We hope Charlie and Redbull bring you just as much happiness as they have brought us. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for these two boys. 🩷

Until next time, boys — go make your new family just as proud of you as we are. 🥹🐮🩷
