It’s always free to cancel 8 hours before your FIX booking starts. There are also a few bonus instances where cancellation is free, like fifteen minutes after making the booking (in case you hit the wrong button and misbooked), or before 7am on the day of your booking.

If you cancel less than 8 hours before and after 7am, expect a 50% cancellation fee. It’s always cheaper to cancel than not to show up. If you miss your booking entirely, you’ll be charged a 150% no show fee.

Collect a stamp each time! 9 stamps=$10 credit. Email us a photo of your full card to redeem credit up to 1x a month.
