Just 3 weeks before the summer season officially opens, the mountains are putting on quite a show. The valleys are turning green, the rivers are flowing fast with snowmelt, and higher up, patches of winter are still hanging on.

That's one of the things we love about summer in the Alps – one day you're riding through wildflowers, the next you're passing snowbanks on the trail.

The final transfer of the winter season has just dropped our last clients at Geneva, and what a season it’s been.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing clients — old and new — for choosing SnowDrone this winter. It’s been a busy season, and we truly appreciate every booking.

And of course, a massive thank you to our incredible drivers and office team. We couldn’t have done it without you all! 🙌

Confused? So are the marmottes… 🐾❄️

Because this really is 7 May 2026! The season may be over, but the Alps clearly didn’t get the memo… ⛷️☀️ Fresh snow, empty roads, and one last beautiful run through the mountains before our final day of transfers tomorrow. 🚐🏔️

Yesterday marked the last turns on the pistes this season for many of us — including me, Rémi and Joséphine. What a season it’s been!

Rémi has gone from strength to strength on skis and snowboard, now confidently ripping around the mountain, while Joséphine earned her very first skiing medal 🥇

As for me and Ash — we made it up the hill more than in previous seasons (especially me 😅), so no complaints… but next season, we’re aiming for even more.

There’s still one more day to go here, and our shared transfers are running until 8 May ⛷️

La Grande Motte in all its glory — striking, powerful, and humbling all at once. 🏔️❄️

As the season begins to wind down, this view reminds us just how special these mountains are — but also how much respect they deserve. 🙏

For us, today carries a deeper meaning. 21 years ago, we lost two friends to an avalanche. Today, we remember them, and everyone who has lost their lives doing what they love in these mountains. 🕊️

We’re lucky to spend our days bringing people here, to experience moments like this — blue skies, fresh air, and unforgettable views. ☀️💙 But with less than two weeks left of the season, it’s a reminder to stay aware, look out for each other, and never take a single moment for granted. 👀🤝

Life is short — make it count. ❤️
