AB Transfer is a family run business based in Aberdeen, Scotland. And is a well-known airport transfer provider. Throughout the years of operating, we have gained substantial experience in providing the best quality door-to-door airport shuttle service. Base operating area is Aberdeenshire, but we also work in surrounding areas. Some other things you might need to know:
• We operate 8-seater buses (8 passengers + driver).
• We offer shared transfer based on our timetable / route schedules. If your preferable time is out of our route times, we would recommend you to make a request anyway, and we can discuss other options.
• We arrive at the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure time. In the case of aircraft delays, we will wait for you with no extra charge.
• Each of our vehicles are equipped with car seats for children of all ages.
• Payments should be made through a bank transfer at least one day before you are travelling.
• We might not be in a position to serve you if you book last minute. In those cases, it is preferable that you call us instead of making an online reservation or texting us, as we will be able to get back to you faster.
• Each passenger can take up to 2 pieces of luggage (check in luggage + hand bag). For any additional luggage you will be asked to pay £10 more. If you have more luggage, please let us know when you make a reservation.
• For shared transfers, each passenger gets a phone call or text massage from us the day before, regarding the exact time when the bus will arrive at their address. You are kindly asked to wait outside at that time.
• No alcohol is allowed on the busses
