Turning for home after dropping the cyclists from Tri Limits Triathlon Club Cookstown to the very bottom of Ireland. They now embark on a gruelling cycle to the very top of Ireland, to Malin Head. They call it fun 🤣 Wishing them all the very best, especially my neighbours Anthony and Tracey McArdle.

Early morning 4am start and we have now reached The Lake District (Cumbria) and the first farm to be visited over the coming days with the students from CAFRE Greenmount Agricultural College. Thinking of All Creatures Great and Small and also One Man and his Dog. This farm has cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens and bees and is run by a lovely hard working family. And they also do the sheep dog trials!

We have Armagh City U18s in Belfast tonight for the NI Cup Final. C’mon the lads 🤞🤞 Can be watched on the net 😮
