Before we’d even popped the bonnet, the issue made itself known πŸ‘€
3 out of 4 injectors were heavily chuffing β€” not one you want to ignore!

This Bucks Site Services pickup came into the workshop for a full front brake axle overhaul, along with a fuel filter replacement to keep everything running spot on.

This Bucks Site Services pickup came into the workshop for a full front brake axle overhaul, along with a fuel filter replacement to keep everything running spot on.

πŸš— Recovery ➑️ Repair ➑️ Back on the Road πŸ’ͺ

This Mini was recovered into the yard with a no drive fault.

After further inspection, we found the release bearing had completely collapsed, which in turn damaged the clutch fork. Unfortunately, the damage didn’t stop there β€” the pressure plate had also taken a hit, meaning a full clutch replacement was required.

πŸ”§ Work carried out:
βœ”οΈ Full clutch kit fitted
βœ”οΈ Replacement clutch fork
βœ”οΈ System checked and tested

All fitted up and tested β€” now back driving and ready for the client πŸ‘Œ

Another one sorted and back where it belongs!
