Barmouth Fest/ Bermo Fest Terms and Conditions of entry 2026
Tickets:
Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Those without wristbands or appropriate accreditation will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the Festival Site. Tickets and wrist bands are not transferable, and must not under any circumstances be sold.
Age Restrictions:
Those under 18 should be accompanied by a responsible adult. The person who registered the for the ticket for any guest under the age of 18 is responsible for the under age guest throughout the duration of the event.
Challenge 25:
The bars will be operating the Challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look younger than that please bring photo ID just in case.
Prohibited Items:
Knives, weapons, and certain electronic devices are prohibited. Other items include portable laser equipment, sky lanterns, unauthorised fireworks, and nitrous oxide. Bag searches and security checks will be carried out.
Only alcohol purchased from the official festival bars may be consumed inside the festival perimeter
No Glass of any kind to be brought into festival perimeter
Anti social behaviour:
Anti-social behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated at Bermo Fest! Our vibrant gathering thrives on positivity and good vibes, so if you're thinking about causing a ruckus, think again! The organisers reserve the right to eject any guest from the venue who disrupts the fun or creates problems. Let’s make the festival great for everyone!
Responsibility:
The festival organisers are not liable for loss, injuries, or damage caused by the ticket holder's negligence or the actions of others.
Photography and Filming:
Barmouth Fest/ Bermo Fest have permission to use photos and recordings for advertising purposes
Music and Sound:
WARNING: EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR HEARING
Cancellation and changes:
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or make changes to this event at any point and without prior notice depending on adverse weather conditions or other disruptions. Organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss such as travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation. Please take out travel insurance to cover your potential loss.
Restrictions to numbers inside the festival area:
We want everyone to have a fabulous time at Bermo Fest, but your safety is our top priority. As such, the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or temporarily pause entry for ticket holders if we deem it necessary due to safety concerns or overcrowding. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Remember, it’s all about keeping the good vibes flowing while making sure everyone is happy and secure!
