🌿 THE ROLE

We provide practical support rather than personal care. Your role may include:

✅ Helping with household tasks, shopping and appointments
✅ Providing companionship and supporting community activities
✅ Offering respite support to families and carers
✅ Encouraging independence, confidence and choice

💼 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

✅ A caring, reliable and respectful attitude
✅ Good communication skills
✅ A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
✅ Business-use vehicle insurance
✅ An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply
✅ Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends

Previous experience is helpful but not essential. The right attitude and a genuine desire to support others are what matter most.
