| We are appealing for witnesses following a violent disorder at a pub in Bedford yesterday (Sunday).

We were called to a report of an incident at The Rose in Bedford shortly after 12.10am.

A man in his 20s suffered a stab wound to the chest following an altercation in the bathroom of the venue.

We are looking for two men who we believe can help with our investigation. The first is described as white with short, dark brown hair and was wearing black jeans and a black hoodie.

The second is described as white with short, light brown hair and was wearing a white t-shirt with a red logo on the back, a black zip-up hoodie, light grey joggers and black and white trainers.

Over the past 48 hours there has been a spate of theft from motor vehicles within Bedford Borough. Please remember to take all valuables out of your car and keep cars secure. Last night an arrest was made and we currently have one in custody for theft from motor vehicle. If you have your car broken into, it is interfered with or anything stolen from it please report it on 101 or use our online reporting tool, thank you. 7559

Bedford Street Angels will be in town again this Saturday supporting anyone that needs help! 👼
A few weeks ago the Street Angels helped a young woman, who had got separated from her friends, to get home safely in a taxi. If you ever find yourself in the situation where you are alone and vulnerable while enjoying a night out, look out for these friendly volunteers who are there to help anyone in need of support.

This Saturday night, Bedford Street Angels 👼will be in Bedford Town Centre, looking out for any folks who may need their support. If you need someone to talk to, or end up needing some help while on a night out, these friendly will be there to support you!

Christmas time usually brings out rouge drivers. Beware when getting into Private Hire Vehicles, that they have to be prebooked via an operator or App. Our white taxis are licence for immediate to ply for hire. Please be vigilant.
