A 56-year-old man has been arrested as part of a major operation to tackle large-scale waste dumping across Lancashire. 🚔🗑️
The Joint Unit for Waste Crime joined Lancashire Police’s rural taskforce and the National Crime Agency during a dedicated day of action, targeting multiple roadside and lay-by dumping sites. The vehicle believed to have been used in the offences has also been seized. 🚛❌
Officers are now investigating similar incidents across Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Environment Agency. 📞👀
