East Riding of Yorkshire Council has approved new Hackney Carriage fares, starting 1 December 2025.

✅ Daytime (Mon–Fri, 7am–8pm)
£2.55 start • 20p per 176 yards

✅ Nights & Weekends
£3.00 start • 25p per 176 yards

✅ Bank/Public Holidays
£3.50 start • 30p per 176 yards

Extra charges apply for additional passengers, luggage, and non‑assistance dogs.
No charge for wheelchairs or assistance dogs.

These are council‑set maximum fares for all Hackney Carriage vehicles in the East Riding.
