There’s Birmingham on a map… and then there’s the Birmingham you only really know by living here. ❤️

The shortcut through Digbeth. The Broad Street traffic you plan around. The school-run rush. The quickest way across town when everyone else seems to be heading the same way.

That local knowledge matters.

Our drivers spend their days and nights on Birmingham’s streets, helping people get to work, appointments, airports, nights out and, most importantly, back home again.

Your city. Your journey. Five Star. ⭐

Pre-book or give us a call whenever you need us.

There are plenty of places we could call home.

But there’s only one Brum. ❤️

This Thursday is International Day of Birmingham — a chance to celebrate the people, cultures, neighbourhoods and little things that make our city what it is.

For us, Birmingham isn’t just where we work. It’s the streets our drivers know, the communities we serve and the people we meet every single day.

From Handsworth to Harborne, Sutton Coldfield to Small Heath and everywhere in between — we’re proud to keep our city moving.

Happy International Day of Birmingham from all of us at Five Star. ⭐

Birmingham Heritage Week is currently running, with tours, walks and special events opening up different parts of the city's history.

Some streets you simply drive through.

Others have a story behind almost every corner.

It's Birmingham Heritage Week, and it's a lovely reminder of just how much history sits behind the places we pass every day.

Our drivers spend their days travelling through those same streets — Jewellery Quarter to Digbeth, Edgbaston to the city centre and everywhere in between.

We're proud to know Birmingham. Even prouder to serve it.

Wherever you're heading this week, we'll get you there.

Birmingham has always been a city that moves. 🚕🚌🚋

And tomorrow, Brum Transport Fest celebrates exactly that — the vehicles, journeys and transport history that have helped shape our city.

We might be a little biased, but we love seeing Birmingham celebrate the people and transport that keep Brum moving every single day.

From the morning commute to the late-night journey home, we're proud to play our small part in that story.

Here's to Birmingham — then, now and wherever we're heading next. 💛
