We love receiving feedback like this, especially when it comes directly from one of our customers.
After a collection made yesterday, we received this message:
“Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a great customer service experience I had with your driver today. I was on my own in the office and he was so helpful in assisting me with getting the pallet out the door. Just wanted to highlight how helpful, lovely and polite he was.”

Huge credit to our drivers for stepping up, helping out, and representing Chambers & Cook Freight so positively. It’s this attitude that makes the difference even on grey winter days.
