Mammoth move yesterday with over 530 miles and 10 hours of travelling time.
We collected furniture and furnishings from a property in Braughing and set off for their newly purchased former bank in the little town of Allendale in Northumberland.

It was a seriously demanding drive but well worth it for the views as we crossed the North Pennines.

We're always up for these long distance jobs....

Glorious weather for a house move today, luckily it's a pre pack sale move so we were loaded and away by 10.30 just before it really started raining.
Now it's the waiting game for the sale/purchase to go through and the keys to become available.

Will it happen before lunchtime? I doubt it....

Our 3 day pack wrap n move has come to an end. I for one was very happy with how it went. No rest for the weary though, we're back out tomorrow with 2 small moves and Tuesday is another pack wrap n move.
