⭐ A little review can make a BIG difference! ⭐

At Flight Guys Airport Taxis, we’re really proud of the reputation we’ve built, with 110 five-star reviews on Facebook! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently set up our Google page, and we’d love your help to build our reviews there too.

Although we can’t help the “Rain or Shine” on your holiday, we can make sure you get to the airport & back smoothly & we’d really love to hear your feedback if you can “Find the Time” 🕰️

Google reviews can help us appear higher in local search results and give new customers the confidence to book with us!

If you didn’t get Daz we’re really sorry but it’s absolutely fine to lie on your review 🤣 help us bring in more enquiries and bookings. “We can’t wait another minute”

Especially with more drivers joining the team soon, we’d love to keep everyone busy through the quieter months, and this is one way you can help! ❄️🙏

If you’ve travelled with Flight Guys, we’d really appreciate if you’d share your experience on Google. Your words can help a small local business grow. 🙌

✈️ FLYING FROM MANCHESTER AIRPORT? PLEASE READ ✈️

Since the closure of Terminal 1, and unless you’re flying with Ryanair, you WILL now be flying from Terminal 2.

That means an already extremely busy terminal is now dealing with considerably more passengers and traffic and, at certain times, the roads around Terminal 2 can become completely gridlocked. 😫

🚕 DROPPING OFF AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT

We normally collect customers around 4 hours before their departure time, and unless you’re travelling with hand luggage only, we strongly recommend allowing this.

On particularly busy days, simply getting into the terminal area can take 30 minutes or more.

Manchester Airport has also requested that taxis and private-hire vehicles use the Terminal 2 Lower Drop-Off. From there, you’ll need to take a lift up to Departures, but it’s actually pretty straightforward.

Wherever possible, our drivers will drop you at the lift closest to your airline’s check-in area, so you’ve got as little walking as possible. ❤️🤍✈️

🚖 PICKING UP FROM MANCHESTER AIRPORT

After a lovely, relaxing holiday, Manchester Airport has thoughtfully decided to bring you crashing back to reality with an almighty bump! 😂

All Terminal 2 collections are now from Terminal 2 West Car Park, also known as Express Pick-Up — or, as we’ve started calling it…

🤠 TERMINAL 2 (WILD) WEST! 🤠

Calling it Express Pick-Up at the moment is stretching the definition of “Express” somewhat! 🐌😂

At particularly busy times, just getting INTO the pick-up zone has taken our drivers up to 45 MINUTES.

This is why keeping in touch with your driver while you’re waiting for your luggage is so important. 📱

When you let us know your luggage is starting to come through and you’re nearly ready, we can start joining the queue for the pick-up zone rather than waiting until you’re already outside.

It gives us the best possible chance of timing things so that you’re ready at roughly the same time we finally battle our way into the car park! 😂

So when your driver asks you to message once your luggage is on the carousel, please do — it genuinely helps us get to you quicker. Please also follow the collection instructions your driver sends you.

We complete over 100 Manchester Airport journeys every week, so we experience these problems every single day and know just how frustrating the current situation is.

We’ll continue doing everything we can to get you to the airport on time and back home again as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Thanks for your patience and for continuing to support Flight Guys. ❤️🤍✈️

Have a good Flight Guys!

📢 IMPORTANT PRICE UPDATE – FLIGHT GUYS AIRPORT TAXIS ✈️🚕🚐

Whilst we’re really sorry to have to do this 😢

We wanted to give our customers a little explanation behind our upcoming price increase.

We’re incredibly proud that our prices haven’t changed since 2023. During that time, we’ve absorbed numerous increases in the cost of running our service rather than passing them on to our customers.

Unfortunately, like every business, our operating costs continue to rise. Fuel, airport parking charges, vehicle maintenance, servicing, tyres, parts and repairs have all become considerably more expensive. With our vehicles covering thousands of miles every month, these increases have a significant impact on the cost of providing the reliable service our customers expect.

Rather than making a large increase, we’ve tried to keep the adjustment as small and straightforward as possible:

🚕 ALL FARES WILL INCREASE BY JUST £5 PER JOURNEY

✈️ Manchester & Liverpool Airports – Cars
£90 Single | £170 Return

🚐 Minibuses – Up to 8 passengers
£120 Single | £230 Return

❤️ ALL EXISTING BOOKINGS WILL BE HONOURED AT THE PRICE ORIGINALLY AGREED. The new prices will only apply to new bookings.

We completely understand that nobody likes a price increase, but this small adjustment allows us to continue investing in our vehicles and providing the reliable, professional and personal service that Flight Guys has built its reputation on.

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to book with us, recommend us to friends and family, share our posts and support our local business. It genuinely means a lot to us. ❤️🤍

While he’s away enjoying a well-earned break 🤥😂 replies may be a little slower than usual.

Please try to avoid messaging Graham while he’s relaxing (we’ll make sure he remembers how to work when he gets back 😉).

Wyre Owner Driver Opportunity

Looking to increase your earnings?

Due to unprecedented demand, Flight Guys Airport Transfers are looking for another driver to join the team! ✈️❤️

Can you cope with the emotional damage of driving people to the airport… but not actually going on holiday yourself? 😢

Do you enjoy empty roads at 3am, the peaceful glow of motorway services, and overtaking the occasional Uber driver sitting in the middle lane?

If that sounds like your kind of thing, we’d love to hear from you.

Good Morning ✈️

All of our drivers are fully aware of the temporary closure of the T2 departures drop-off point and will make sure you’re dropped off as close to the terminal as possible, while always prioritising your safety.

Although traffic has been slightly busier than usual, there’s no need to adjust your current pick-up time.

❤️🤍✈️
