When a customer leaves a great review, we pass it straight on to the driver 👇🏼

People are quick to assume drivers only hear about things when something goes wrong.

The reality is some of these messages genuinely make their day.

A lot of our drivers work long hours, deal with traffic, roadworks, delays and everything else that gets thrown at them.

So when a passenger takes 60 seconds to leave a nice review, it’s only right the driver gets to see it.
