Polite Notice to All Customers
If you require a taxi before 9:00am, please ensure it is pre-booked the evening before.

As a pre-booked private hire service, all early morning jobs are allocated to drivers in advance, so we need sufficient notice to arrange and inform our drivers of any early bookings.

Unfortunately, if you call at 7:00am for a taxi that morning, we are unlikely to have a vehicle available.

To avoid disappointment, please book all early morning journeys the night before whenever possible.

You may notice our vehicles looking a little different — that’s because we’ve officially changed from Hackney Carriage to Private Hire 🚗

What this means for you:
• All journeys must now be pre-booked 📞
• We are no longer able to pick up passengers without a booking
• You’ll still receive the same reliable, friendly service you know and trust 😊

Our vehicles will now have yellow plates and no top lights, in line with private hire regulations.
