“Do you have taxi drivers at Brockenhurst Station?” 🚆

Yes, we do!

We have drivers operating from Brockenhurst Station, but we always recommend pre-booking your taxi where possible.

When you pre-book, your driver will be expecting you and will wait for you at the station, so you can get off the train knowing your taxi is sorted. 🚕

And what if my train is delayed?

Well… it wouldn't be a British train journey without the occasional delay, would it? 😄🚆

Don't worry, we track the trains, so our team and drivers can see when your train is running late.

As long as the delay isn't excessive, we'll adjust and wait for you. If there's a major delay or cancellation, it's always helpful to give us a quick call so we can work around it.

“Can I bring my dog in the taxi?” 🐶

We know how much our dogs are part of the family, and we don't want them to miss out on the journey either! 🐾

Yes, we do take dogs in our taxis.

We just ask that you let us know when making your booking that you'll be travelling with a dog.

Not all of our drivers are able to take dogs in their vehicles, so by letting us know in advance, we can make sure we send a suitable driver and vehicle for you and your four-legged passenger.

Whether it's a trip to the vets, the train station, a New Forest adventure or you're heading away on holiday, we'll always do our best to accommodate you and your dog.

Just remember to mention your furry passenger when you book! 🐕🚕

“How many passengers can your biggest taxi take?”

Our largest taxi can comfortably carry up to 8 passengers! 🚐

It has 6 full-size passenger seats in the back, designed to comfortably seat adults with plenty of legroom, plus 2 passenger seats in the front next to the driver.

And there's plenty of room for luggage too! 🧳

The vehicle has a large boot with lots of space for suitcases, making it a great option for airport transfers, cruise transfers, family trips, weddings, events and groups travelling around the New Forest.

Did you know?

A licensed taxi or private hire vehicle can carry a maximum of 8 passengers. Vehicles carrying more than 8 passengers fall under different licensing requirements, so we are not licensed to carry more than 8 passengers in a single taxi.

But if you're travelling in a bigger group, that's no problem! We can provide 2 or even 3 of our 8-seater vehicles, allowing us to transport groups of 16 or 24 passengers together.

For larger groups, we recommend booking in advance so we can make sure we have enough 8-seaters available.

**“Why should I pre-book my taxi?”**

Pre-booking gives us the opportunity to plan our drivers and vehicles around your journey.

During busy periods, especially Friday and Saturday evenings, school times, train arrivals and the summer months, our available vehicles can get booked very quickly.

Although we'll always try our best to help with last-minute journeys, booking in advance gives you the best chance of having a vehicle available at the time you need it.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be answering more of the questions we're regularly asked and giving you a little insight into how a local taxi company operates.
