Linton Heath Road Closure.
From 22nd June until 3rd July 2026

Linton Heath, Linton will be closed for upto 2 weeks. During this time Services 21 & 825 will be diverted.

The following bus stops will not be served:
Linton Heath - All Stops
Linton Main St - Linton School

Alternative bus stops will be:
Linton Main St - Post Office
High Cross A444 - Mount Pleasant

During this time Service 19 will not be able to serve the following stops:
Measham High St - Measham Library, Navigation St & Church

Alternative bus stops will be:
Burton Rd - Tamworth Rd/The Croft & High St - The Swan

There is currently a road closure on Newton Rd on the 18 Route.
Alternative stops are Bearwood Hill & Dalebrook Rd.
The road should re-open by 13:30, if it opens early we will revert to normal route.
This closure may cause some late running on this service until the road re-opens.

🚧 Service Update (12 June, 08:30)
Temporary traffic lights on the A511 (near Chesterfield Arms) are causing delays:
🚌 Routes 8 & 9: Up to 30 mins late due to traffic and congestion around Donnington
🚌 Route 7: Also up to 30 mins late due to knock-on delays

Extra buses are being added into the network minimise delays.

Due to a fire on St Lukes Rd, this road is currently closed, with emergency services advising it is unlikely to re-open until after 18:00

Currently Service 7 & 7A are being diverted and will not serve:

Rosliston Rd – All

The road closure at Grafton Rd has been extended until 12th June. Services will continue to use the temporary stops at Beaufort Rd until then.

From 15th until 26th June 2026. 19:00 till 06:00

There will be overnight road closures around the Dove Bank Roundabout area during the above period. Service 401 will be affected during these times:

Monday to Friday:
18:25 From Burton New St
19:20 From Uttoxeter Bus Station
Saturday:
18:15 From Burton New St
19:25 From Uttoxeter Bus Station

During these times the following stops will not be served:
Derby Rd - St Catherines Close
Dove Bank - Thomas Alleynes High School

Alternative bus stop will be Uttoxeter Bus Station

Church St - All Stops
