If you want to become a valuable member of the team and put your customer service career firmly on the right path then this opportunity is for you.

Working in small team the principal activity is to receive and administer motor vehicle accident claims in addition to overseeing service and maintenance requirements for our clients' vehicles.
The ideal candidate should be well organised and enthusiastic, with an excellent telephone manner. They will have worked in a similar role previously, possibly for an insurance company providing motor claims advice. They will have an appreciation of first class teamwork and also be customer focused along with strong organisational and people skills.

Duties to include:

• Receive claims information from drivers/fleet managers and insurance brokers
• Ensure that all communication with clients are handled in a professional way, recognising that empathy is required when dealing with accident situations when drivers may be in a stressful situation
• Ensure all data is captured accurately and processed in a timely manner complying with the company’s benchmark targets at every stage
• Maintain the required level of diary follow up to ensure the company meets its obligations and contractual commitments to all clients

Everyday, you should have a quick walk around and make sure nothing looks untoward, checking that your tyres are in good condition and there are no fluid leaks underneath.

Weekly, try to check you tyre pressures and check your lights and levels of oil, screen wash etc.

Correct pressures will make the vehicle driver better and be more fuel efficient as well as reducing uneven wear - increasing their life span.

Checking the levels can help maintain your engine, reducing the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns.

When you call us to arrange a booking to replace your tyres, or you have a puncture and need roadside assistance, we will need to confirm your tyre size.

The text won't be white as in the picture, but this highlights the details we will be asking you for.

If your puncture is roadside, it's safer to read the tyre on the passenger side, but note on some vehicles the front and rear tyres can be different sizes.

Working in a small team the principal activity is to administer motor vehicle service and maintenance requirements for our client’s vehicle fleets. A reasonable technical understanding of vehicle service requirements along with a well organised and enthusiastic approach to work is essential. The ideal candidate may have worked in a dealership environment as a technician or customer facing role and is now looking to utilise that experience in the fleet environment.
