I’m fully booked for the races (24th July 2026) and will only have spaces on a ad-hoc basis due to any cancellations.

🚗 Back on the Road Tomorrow! (With New Hours) 🚗

First, a huge thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding over the last week while I was closed for a family emergency.

I’m back behind the wheel tomorrow morning and ready to get you where you need to go! Moving forward, I am adjusting my schedule slightly. Here are my regular operating hours for the foreseeable future:

📅 Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00

📅 Saturday: 16:00 – Midnight

📅 Sunday: Closed

✈️ Need a Transfer? Don't worry I am still available around the clock (24/7) for all pre-booked drop-offs and transfers to Bristol and Cardiff Airports, as well as major train and bus stations across Newport, Cardiff, and Bristol, even outside my standard hours.

📌 How to Book (Pre-Bookings Only):
As a "one-man band" Private Hire service all journeys must be booked in advance.

💬 WhatsApp or Text: The quickest and most efficient way to secure your slot. Feel free to message me outside of opening hours for a swift reply when I return!

📞 Voicemail: If I’m driving and can’t answer, please leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I safely can.

Looking forward to seeing my regular passengers and welcoming new ones around Chepstow and the surrounding villages!

I am very busy and not always able to answer the phone calls straight away.

My preferred contact method for the last 3 years has always been WhatsApp/Text and that's still the case today.

It's also convenient for my customers too when I'm closed or have updates for a quick answer on my availability.

The best thing to do is message me on WhatsApp/Text and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

The only day I don’t answer messages is on a Sunday. If you need a Sunday service please make sure to book in advance to secure your journey.

I will still receive messages on the old one and calls will be diverted (when it feels like working) to the new one.

WhatsApp messaging is still the most efficient and reliable way to book with me.
