IT’S BACK for 2026: the annual contest, and this year we’re celebrating “stations creating connections that matter”. This is YOUR chance to get a railway station that you love shortlisted… (I can’t nominate any for reasons that’ll be obvious later)😉 SO. Do nominate a station by 20 September here: https://www.raildeliverygroup.com/our-services/celebrating-the-railway/world-cup-of-stations.html

The online petition to save Bridge SMB/2062 at Braughing station has just passed 2,000 signatures. Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared – the momentum behind this campaign continues.

Please join us at Braughing station at 11am this Sunday, 6 September, for a group photograph at the bridge. It’s a chance to show National Highways just how much public support this campaign commands – and an opportunity to explore the beautifully preserved former station while you’re there.

📍Station House, Braughing, SG11 2PB

Please share this post as widely as you can.

The more the merrier.
