Just an update of my Terms and Conditions for carriage.

1. Some bookings may incur a booking charge which will be added to the fare at the end or be part of a pre arranged fare cost.

2. Any booked journeys that are for collection in excess of 30miles away from Tiverton may have a deposit payment that will secure booking and will have to be paid for by either a Payment Link from SumUp or by Bank Transfer details upon request. Any booked journeys going out of the county have to be paid for in full in person either at the start of the journey or at the end of the journey depending on the situation and at the request of the driver.

3. Journeys on weekends and on Bank Holidays are on an appointment only basis and aren’t always available.

4. Cancellations, please be aware that if you need to cancel your journey, you may do so by any means, if your journey cost is more than £50 and you cancel within 12 hours, you may be charged a 10% cancellation charge which will need to be paid by card on a payment link. If you book your journey and don’t make contact or fail to pay the balance, your journey will be cancelled and any deposits forfeited.
