🏡 MOVING HOUSE? WAITING FOR YOUR KEYS?

At RBR Removals, we understand that moving day can be stressful, especially when you’re waiting for estate agents or solicitors to release the keys to your new home.

We want to make sure all our customers understand our key release policy for day-rate removals before moving day arrives.

🔑 KEY RELEASE DEADLINE – 2:00 PM

We ask that keys to your new property are released by 2:00 PM on your agreed moving date wherever possible.

⏰ LATE KEY RELEASE CHARGE – £80 PER HOUR

If your keys are not released by 2:00 PM, an additional charge of £80 per hour may apply for extended waiting time, provided this has been clearly agreed in advance and is permitted under the applicable terms.

We know delays are not always within your control, and we will always aim to communicate with you and manage the situation fairly.

💷 DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable in accordance with the agreed booking terms, subject to applicable consumer law and any statutory cancellation rights.

✅ Keep us updated with any information from your estate agent or solicitor.
✅ Let us know as soon as possible if there are any delays.
✅ Stay in communication with our team so we can work together to minimise disruption.
