I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the excellent service you gave us on Saturday.
You came to our rescue at very short notice when our pre-booked transport failed to turn up, and you got us to Edinburgh City Chambers in plenty of time for the wedding. We were extremely grateful, as you can imagine the stress we were under at the time!
Then, to make things even better, when my brother realised he had left his phone in the taxi, your driver very kindly offered to bring it back to us. We said there was no need as we would collect it the following day, but you very generously delivered it to my home the next morning.
That really was going above and beyond, and we are so grateful for your kindness and excellent service. You certainly helped turn what could have been a very stressful situation into a much more positive experience.
