Please don't ask us to drive through the road closure.
It is great that the workmen are being so kind, clearing the road and making it as safe as possible to let the residents through at night but according to the highway code it is an offence to drive through a road closure. This means if we drive through it our insurance and public liability are void and we risk fines and penalty points we can't afford.
We hope our customers are kind and understand this is not to make more money out of you going the long way round it is to protect our business. The road closure is only for two months. We hope to be helping people get from A to B for a lot longer than that 😊

Please remember that it is illegal to drive through a road closure. I can't find anything specific for this kind of road closure but I'm pretty sure our insurance would find it if anything happened 🤔 😅
So don't be offended if we say we can't pick up between 6pm and 10.30pm.. any other time on that day is business as usual.
Enjoy the carnival and thank you to the lovely carnival committee who have once again pulled it out of the bag👏🏻

After months of consultation North Devon Council have approved and issued their new tariff rates for Taxi's. This tariff has not been changed since 2016 and has been done to reflect the current increase in fuel, running costs and the cost of living.
