The other day I mentioned a couple of airport jobs where flights were heavily delayed. As always, we tracked the flights, adjusted our schedules, and made sure the customers got home safely.
Today I received this lovely message from one of those customers.
The truth is, I donโt do this for praise or recognition. We do it because itโs the right thing to do. When flights are delayed, customers are already dealing with enough stress. The last thing they need is to worry about whether their taxi will still be there.
Delays, cancellations, and changes are all part of the job. We monitor the flights, adapt where needed, and stay the course so our customers can travel with confidence.
Messages like this are genuinely appreciated and remind us why we do what we do. Thank you for the kind words.
