The news everyone has been waiting for,

The official travel guidance has been relaxed, and the UAE is no longer under that heightened level of restriction for UK travellers.
As a result, normal travel can now resume again, giving customers the confidence to book and travel as they would under standard conditions

It’s been a tough few months for everyone, and we truly felt it too. As a business built around getting people to the airport and off on their holidays, we saw a significant drop in bookings, and many of our customers had to cancel their transport due to their holidays being suspended.

We were ready to be running at full speed from the start of spring, but unfortunately we're left twiddling our thumbs so it hasn’t been easy
but we never lost hope 💙

Good morning everyone,

If you have recently booked with us and haven’t received your booking confirmation email, or if there’s any message or email from you that I haven’t replied to yet, please get in touch and I’ll check everything over and get this sorted for you. If you book online via our website confirmation emails reach you within seconds however if booking over Facebook, email, WhatsApp or text I have to manually add you on to our system and I’m probably over-cautious when it comes to making sure everyone is looked after, and even when everything appears fully up to date I always like to do one final check. I’d much rather do this than risk anyone being left wondering 💙

I’ve spent most of the night working through all messages, emails, texts and new booking requests in between doing my runs to make sure I'm all caught up with everything and appear to be all clear for now - I'm waiting on just a few customers to get in touch ti update their contact details.

When I say we have the most amazing team of professional drivers working with us, I genuinely mean it because everyone of them are like my best friends and are just phenomenal, if it wasn't for these super humans we would not be here today as a company helping so many local people and putting smiles on the faces ❤️

Airport transfers aren’t always simple. Flights change, roads get busy, timings can move, and sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. That’s why having a strong team of passionate, professional and dependable individuals who will always have your back ready to jump into action when needed is absolutely crucial to ensure operations run smoothly.

We don’t leave passengers worrying and we don’t put customers in the hands of any third party because if a customer has put their trust in us to offer a service, it's only right that our own team do just the thing ensuring every journey is completed with care and attention.

📢 Travel Update for Customers 📢

July bookings from 1st to 10th July with the exception of some new requests have been assigned to our wonderful team of drivers this morning which means those travelling with us during this period will soon receive an email with the driver and vehicle information.

If not received immediately, please allow a couple of hours whilst our team navigate through the driver app and accept each job individually.

If you have only received information for your outbound journey and have not yet received details for your return journey, please don't worry. Your booking is safe on our system, and we are continuing to assign work to our drivers. Return journey details will be sent to you as soon as the jobs have been sent out.

Please help us to help you by sparing a minute to TRIPLE check your flight information against your booking confirmations to ensure the details provided to us for your airport transfers are accurate and free from mistakes.

4 of us will be starting the first part of our shift shortly at 2am with the exception of one of our drivers who is a lucky boy having a lie in until later on this morning before he begins.
