After taking one of our regular customers to the airport last week, it was our driver Michael’s turn to collect them on their return.

It’s always lovely to welcome familiar faces back. Thank you for choosing JJ’s again and trusting us with both ends of your journey. 😊

🔧 A late night in our own workshop at JJ’s!

One of our minibuses developed a slight flywheel rattle, so we’re replacing the flywheel and clutch before it turns into a bigger problem.

Having our own workshop means we can act quickly when something needs attention, keeping our vehicles ready for the school runs, local journeys and airport transfers our customers rely on.

There’s plenty that goes on behind the scenes—even after the last passenger has been dropped home! 🚐🔧

✈️ Cleaned, refreshed and off to Stansted!

After this morning’s Norwich Airport run, it was back to the yard for a clean before heading out again—this time to collect new customers from Harleston and take them to Stansted for a week’s holiday. ☀️

We had a lovely chat along the way and asked what made them choose JJ’s. Their answer? The superb recommendations they’d seen on Facebook, along with the great value we offered.

Even better, they told us how impressed they were with the quality of the car and the service they received. That’s exactly what we love to hear! 😊

Who needs leather seats when you’ve got a comfortable car, friendly service and a price that leaves you more to spend on your holiday? 😉

Thank you for choosing JJ’s Private Hire, and thank you to everyone who recommends us. Your kind words help new customers find us.

Have a fantastic holiday—we look forward to welcoming you home! ✈️

✈️ A lovely start to another busy day of airport transfers!

This morning we headed to Norwich Airport with one of our regular customers as they set off for Portugal. A very civilised start time for an airport run, a comfortable journey and arrival in plenty of time—just how a holiday should begin. ☀️

Our driver even had time to stop at McDonald’s for a coffee before heading back to the yard! ☕️

Then it was time for another clean and freshen-up, making sure the car was ready for our next customers and a trip to Stansted Airport.

Thank you to our regular customers for continuing to choose JJ’s. Enjoy Portugal! 🇵🇹

An early start this morning, taking some of our very regular customers to Norwich Airport ✈️

Having travelled in most of our vehicles over the years, they know our fleet well — so it was lovely to hear how impressed they were with our newest car, purchased mainly for airport transfers. 🚘

Then it was back to base for a rest and a full clean, ready for a busy weekend of airport transfers!

Thank you to our regular customers for continuing to choose JJ’s. Your support means a lot to us. 💚

✈️ A holiday to Sicily started with JJ’s today!

Today we welcomed new customers into our newest airport transfer car for their journey to Stansted Airport. They were impressed with the space and comfort—and told us they couldn’t believe the service they received for the price they paid. 🚘

That’s exactly what we aim to offer at JJ’s: a comfortable journey, friendly service and great value. We want our customers to feel looked after from the moment we collect them, so their holiday starts before they even reach the airport.

Hearing feedback like that makes the care we put into our service worthwhile, especially from customers travelling with us for the first time.

Thank you for choosing JJ’s Private Hire. Have a wonderful time in Sicily—we look forward to collecting you next week and bringing you home! ☀️

This evening, one of our eight-seat minibuses returned to Stansted Airport to collect a family after their week’s holiday in Turkey. We’d taken them to the airport at the start of their holiday, so this completed their return booking with us.

They told us they’d spent days ringing around before booking. For the return journey, other quotes were more than £200 higher than ours. Some operators also quoted an extra £40 for the early morning flight and said a delay could mean further charges.

They found JJ’s after spotting one of our minibuses driving around Diss and decided to give us a try.

At JJ’s, we give you one clear price for the journey. We monitor your flight, and if it arrives late, we don’t add a delay charge. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Thank you for trusting us with both journeys. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the service, and we hope you had a wonderful holiday! ✈️
