Once again we'll be running the only local bus service in London on Christmas Day. Two buses this year, every half hour between Roehampton and Putney Bridge from 0930-1500hrs. Free of charge.

Our buses are up and running again and ready for hire after a long lockdown. We've been busy making sure they're ready for the road:

Overall safety checks, brake tests, tachograph calibrations, and a few new parts. A rebuilt entrance step on the single deck, and a strengthened staircase on the double. Plus the nice bits like newly varnished floors.

Once again we'll be running the only bus service in London on Christmas Day. Last year 520 trips were made!

On Christmas Day, we will run a free bus service on Route 430 between Roehampton and Putney Bridge, staffed by volunteers on our 1950s vintage RT bus

Today we took joyful prep school leavers on a 1950s-style ride to party at a parent's house. To hear a host of happy children singing on the bus, and witness their affection for friends they might not see again, was truly heart-melting!
